Prague is perfect for a long- weekend city break. It is steeped in history and has fabulous architecture, yet it’s small enough to get around on foot. The city has an abundance of
character, from the tiny cobbled streets to the majestic Charles Bridge. It can get busy during peak periods but don’t let that put your clients off, as there are lots of off-the-beaten-track places to explore.
Keep it up
The must-see attraction is the 14th-century Prague Castle – the largest castle complex in the world – dominated by a Gothic cathedral, picturesque gardens and pretty palaces. Recommend a stroll over the Charles Bridge and a trip to Wenceslas Square to see Prague at its most vibrant. To see the
historical side of the city, visit the winding streets of the Old Town and the ancient Jewish Quarter.
Dinner time All three agents offered the mystery shopper a cruise with dinner on the Vltava River, and there is lots of choice available to suit all budgets. Do Something Different offers dinner of the river for £26 for adults and £14 for children. But if your client is on a budget, they can opt for a sightseeing sailing for just £8 for adults and £5 for children (also through Do Something Different). This city can also be perfectly twinned with neighbouring cities, such as Vienna or Salzburg. Attraction World offers a
day trip to the Austrian capital from £104.

Michelin-starred perfection for PURE LUXURY We treated our PURE LUXURY ‘competition collection’ winners to a culinary masterclass and Michelin-starred meal at Northcote – owned by PURE
LUXURY partner Nigel Haworth. Ten
agents took front-row seats as head chef Lisa Allen (as seen on BBC’s Great British Menu) and head tutor Michael Vanheste showed off their skills at the state-of-the-art cookery school. After witnessing a Michelin-starred kitchen at work, the agents enjoyed a four-course meal of Northcote classics, including Haworth’s signature dish – Lancashire hotpot. There’ll be more events at Northcote this year, so watch this space for more information on how you can join us for some tempting treats.
