2015

How to enter

To enter Bourne Leisure Masterchef 2015, you first need to think of a dish you would like to cook which has a distinctly English twist.

Then, submit an explanation of the dish, preferably with a photo, and explain in no more than 100 words why you think you should be one of the three finalists.

Entries should be submitted to masterchef@bourne-leisure. co.uk, and the deadline for entries is Friday, May 8.

All entrants must be available to attend the cook-off at Littlecote House in Berkshire on May 28 and be able to prepare, cook and finish their dish within a two-hour period.

Littlecote House

Littlecote House in Berkshire is a 16th-century mansion set in 113 acres of gardens and parklands, patios and secret spots. The property is steeped in history, having played host to occupying Romans, a Tudor tryst and a Civil War army.

Guests can relax in the Great Hall, enjoy a spa day or try their hand at a new activity from tai chi or archery to a dance workshop followed by an evening of live entertainment.

New for 2015 are seven Historic rooms and suites which have been added to the Grade l listed Tudor property and are located in the grade II listed Stables Courtyard which was once The Carriage House. Guests can dine in the beautiful Popham restaurant or enjoy fine dining in the two AA Rosette award-winning restaurant Oliver’s Bistro.
