Jet2holidays trials free baggage check-in at Benidorm hotels

Jet2holidays has introduced free baggage check-in at hotels in Benidorm for customers’ return flights home. The company, which is trialling

the hotel check-in at 10 properties in Benidorm, claims it is the first tour operator in Europe to offer the service. More resort hotels are likely to be added in the near future. Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “We want our customers to have a memorable and relaxing break with us and this new service is the next step in making our holidays even more hassle-free. “We’ve already received positive

feedback from our customers in Benidorm and we can’t wait to make it available in even more resorts and hotels, if it’s a continued success.” The service allows holidaymakers

to drop off their bags with Jet2holidays’ representatives at their hotel reception on the day of their return flight. They then receive their boarding cards before making their way to the airport, where there is no need to check in as their bags have already been taken directly to the aircraft. jet2holidays.com
