Hitachi Power Tools’ new 10.8V kit provides two low weight, high spec options in one great package Hitachi Power Tools has launched the KC10DFL2 two-piece 10.8V cordless tool kit, designed to give users tougher, faster and more advanced drill and impact driver options. The kit includesthe powerful DS10DFL2 drill/driver and
WH10DFL2 impact driver, both of which are low in weight and feature a slim, soft grip handle for comfortable use. Both power tools also feature an automatic trigger-operated LED light, useful in tight, confined spaces and poor visibility. To power the tools, Hitachi has provided two 1.5Ah Lithium-
ion (Li-ion) batteries. Li-ion battery technology has a low memory effect and a very slow loss of charge when not in use. A UC10SL2 30 minute chargeris included in the kit and everything comes in an all new carrying case. Weighing in at just 1kg, the DS10DFL2 drill/driver is ideal for
high volume work, providing maximum torque of 36Nm (hard), with a drilling capacity in wood of 29mm and 10mm in metal. Meanwhile, the WH10DFL2 impact driver provides 108Nm (hard) maximum torque, with a bolt capacity between M6 and M12. “Our 10.8V KC10DFL2 two-piece kit offers users a lower
