United States men’s beach volleyball teams in the Top 10 of the FIVB World Tour Rankings at the end of the 2014 season. The three spots were held by Sean Rosenthal/Phil Dalhausser (2nd), John Hyden/Tri Bourne (5th) and Jake Gibb/ Casey Patterson (8th). Not far beyond the Top 10 was the pair of Ryan Doherty/Nick Lucena (15th).

Number of teams that will participate in the FIVB World League 2015, the most ever in the competition’s history. The event will take place from May 16 to July 19, and will include the
defending champion U.S. Men’s National Team.
