Engineering plastics producer Celanese has acquired Cool Polymers, the US compounder specialising in thermally conductive thermoplastics and elastomers. Celanese said in a press


statement that Cool Polymers’ technical capabilities in the LED lighting market will “allow for immediate customer growth while continuing to advance Celanese’s engi- neered materials business across thermal management and electrical conductivity polymer applications”. “Cool Polymers has a
