to tie the knot. Even with family and guests arriving from across the country and a million wedding details, I had to sneak away on the wedding day for a decompression session. My fishing partner, and life partner, took the front seat and we pedaled along the beach landing one trophy checker after another. With each cast, I felt myself unwind and enjoy the day and the significance of our marriage. I released that trophy calico bass, but my new wife is definitely a keeper.”
