Operations & Area Managers Required South East England Circa £30,000
After 30 successful years in the contract cleaning industry, we have recently announced the expansion from commercial contract cleaning to now offer a broader range of services and become Brayborne Facilities Services Limited.
As part of our expansion, we are looking to appoint an Operations Manager who is customer focused with the ability to manage the area management team and promote the high standard of service delivery to our customers.
In addition we are looking to expand our existing Area Management team and recruit an experienced area manager to maintain and deliver existing services.
For both positions, the successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
Several years experience in a similar management position in the cleaning/facilities industry
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Proven organisational and people management skills Good leadership and initiative with the ability to prioritise workloads and teams
Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. A company car and generous benefits package is included.
