Whether for a routine preventative maintenance visit or a breakdown / repair call-out, we’ll keep everything running smoothly.
Bespoke Service Smartcomm’s Service and Support Agreements are personlised to the needs of each individual project.
Levels of support can start from a
fixed number of callouts in the term to all inclusive support packages with dedicated on-site engineers. Smartcomm can include a provision to include cover for all parts for repair or replacement after manufacturer warranties have expired, and another for the inclusion of loan equipment. Smartcomm are happy to Guarantee Response Times with hours of Support ranging from 08:30am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday to 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week.
