The linear and rotary stages can be stacked


to 26mm, and a resolution of 1nm in closed-loop operation, the LPS-22 is one of the smallest precision linear stages on the market. The linear stages achieve velocities of up to 10mm/s. Also on show will be the


rotary stages of the RPS series, offering a rotating platform with a diameter of 14mm and velocities of up to 45°/s. These miniature linear and rotary stages are piezomotor-based driven. The small stage sizes and


directly to XY linear or XYθZ configurations with rotary stages, with no adapter needed. For closed-loop and open-loop operation, suitable drivers and motion controllers are available from PI miCos.
