Your next course begins in Lyon, gastronomic capital au courant, during dinner at Abbaye de Collonges, created by Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse. It continues during a tasting tour of the city’s traboules and its indoor market, Les Halles de Lyon, along with a wine tasting at a private estate in Beaujolais country (designed by the architects of Versailles). It heats up onboard your riverboat, with meals chef-prepared and graciously served by a very welcoming crew, and complimentary beverages, including spirits, wine and beer, available at your bidding.
