Session overview: This session will look at the impact of a bad diet on the bottom line of your business and how to fix it.
A healthy workforce equals a happier and more productive workforce. Food drives our overall health, energy, mood, team work and productivity. Research conducted by the International Labour Office has found that a healthy diet increases productivity by 1–2% and presenteeism is closely linked to a bad diet.
Absence is a cost to the economy of £14 billion per annum with a cost to business of £600 per employee per annum or £78 per employee per day – so this session is beneficial to all.
