Boat Loans from Joni Geis, Sterling Associates

What boat is calling your name?

Nielsen Beaumont’s Boatyard Transformed Into Modern and Environmentally Advanced Facility

Nielsen Beaumont Marine has been in business since 1979, but in the summer of 2011, a complete remodeling was begun that transformed the boatyard into one of America’s most modern and environmen- tally advanced facilities. A major goal in the reconstruction of the Nielsen Beaumont boatyard was to create a modern “green” facility that mini- mizes any contamination both on shore and in the bay. To accomplish this, vacuum tools are used to control dust during the process of sanding, grinding, etc. and a specialized vacuum/sweeper is used around the yard to sweep and vacuum the concrete surface of the yard. This electri- cally powered machine filters out particles as small as 3 microns. In addition, a closed

loop recycling system for all hydro-wash waste water allows Nielsen Beaumont to filter and recycle the water used to clean boat hulls. The yard also captures and treats all storm water. In fact the yard can contain over a 100 year storm event on site — resulting in truly a zero discharge facility.

Another major feature was the replace- ment of the old marine railway with a new remotely controlled 75 metric ton (82.5 U.S. Tons) Marine Travelift. For additional photos as well as some

great time-lapse videos of the remodel, please visit facebook.com/nielsenbeau- mont. Contact Bill Campbell to schedule service. 2420 Shelter Island Dr., San Diego, CA 92106; (619)222-4255

With rates as low as they are right now, you should consider the benefits of a boat loan — and Joni Geis of Sterling Associates is the boat loan specialist to call, before you buy. Sterling Associates is a recreational financing company that provides financing for new and used boats and yachts, special- izing in boat loans and yacht financ- ing. “We can also refinance your existing loan today,” Geis said. “I treat my cus-

tomers like family, because I under- stand the passion for boating,” she added. “I am a boater too. My goal is to get you quali- fied to buy your dreamboat as fast and efficiently as possible. Let me do all the work for you.” Call Joni Geis today with any ques-

tions you have about financing your dreamboat before you buy. Even if you are planning to pay cash, there are sev- eral good reasons to finance. In reality, the boat may cost you more if you pay cash. Financing vs. paying cash could

allow you to: * Free up your cash for other invest- ments that may have higher borrowing costs — such as college tuition. * Deduct interest expense on the

boat loan, as a second home tax deduc- tion. * Let your money work for you, since

your after-tax interest expense could be less than earnings on investments. * Recoup a portion of your cash.

Equity loans are not readily available, if you need the cash later. However, you can recoup a portion of your cash if you finance within 90 days of the purchase. There is no better

time to choose Sterling Associates as your pre- ferred lender. Sterling Associates ensures per- sonal, secure and con- venient attention to your financing needs. Unlike faceless online

sources that are designed to be inaccessi- ble, Sterling Associates can be there to explain

all of the different aspects of your loan. A simple phone call can answer all of your questions and concerns about qualifying. It’s a lot easier than you think. “At Sterling Associates, we make boat loans fast, fun and easy,” Geis said. “We keep it simple, so the only thing you have to focus on is buying the right boat for you and your family. “Sterling Associates’ mission is to

exceed customers’ expectations by pro- viding professional, personalized serv- ice while making their dreams come true,” Geis said. For more information, call Geis at (877) 224-4468 or visit BoatLenderUSA.com.
