The photos are members of our senior class. All of us can lead the team in one way or another. The team’s been through our ups and downs the past three years, but our class has made the effort to stick together. Four of the fi ve are from the East Coast. But now, the team’s really spread out geographically.

My sister made me that calendar, just to remind me of people from home who are cheering me on. That photo is when our team traveled to the East Coast to play James Madison. My parents, Stella and Oliver, are Korean-Americans. I’m a fi rst-generation American. They came from Korea and met at Maryland. My sisters went to College Park as well. I was the odd one out.

I’m in Kappa Kappa Gamma. The Greek system is a great way to meet other people. A lot of athletes are in it, and I really like being close to others in the athletic community at Stanford.

I love taking pictures. I wouldn’t say I’m a professional photographer, but the camera makes my pictures look good. I like to print out memories and keep them around me. I usually take it out when we’re dressed up with friends. I like taking pictures with people with nature, like when Megan Lerner and I went to a winery in Napa Valley recently.

Everyone was issued an iPad this year instead of getting binders. We’re going

green. Basically, we have our scouting reports on it. The coaches send us weekly meetings, calendars, and they’ll upload fi lm we can download and watch while we’re on the plane. On East Coast trips, that’s six hours of fi lm. Defi nitely, we feel more prepared. We can also use these for class.

This is Teddy. He’s from Ikea. I’m absolutely obsessed with dogs and puppies. And the funny thing is, I’ve never had one, because my parents didn’t want it and I’m semi-allergic. But I’m hoping that next year I can fi nally have a dog, after 22 years. My oldest sister has a little Yorkie, and she’s the cutest thing ever. The dream would be to have a golden retriever, but I’m highly allergic to those. Everyone knows about my dog obsession.

This is a textbook called “Theory of Justice.” It’s not easy reading. I wish.

It’s from a class I took called Justice. I did OK — lots of heavy papers, lots of writing. I probably wrote 50 papers for that class. My major was public policy before I switched to science, technology and society. I’m also really interested in ethics.

This was drawn with markers by my boyfriend. He’s an incredible artist. He looked at a picture on his phone and drew it from there. His dad owns a high-end jewelry and watch company, and that’s the watch he owns.
