US Lacrosse Sources of Revenue


US Lacrosse invested nearly $17.5 million in the sport in 2013, and more than 70 percent ($12.3 million) of that revenue came from membership dues. In order to make a greater impact on the sport, we need additional sources of revenue to drive our mission.

Education and Training Help provide funding for education and training of coaches and offi cials to ensure that lacrosse is safe, fair and fun at all levels.


First Stick Program


Help provide equipment and additional resources to allow new programs to get off the ground with a solid foundation.


National Teams Help our National Teams prepare for international competition, and allow them to serve as ambassadors for the sport and role models for youth.


Sports Science & Safety Help US Lacrosse lead research and share knowledge to provide safe experiences for all participants.


Tradition and Culture Help preserve the culture and traditions of lacrosse by supporting our Keeper of Lacrosse Project, and the National Hall of Fame.


Unrestricted An unrestricted gift allows US Lacrosse the latitude to channel funds to the areas of greatest need within the organization.

Record number of copies of Lacrosse Magazine that were distributed to members during 2013, helping to keep you informed about the sport and the organization’s activities.


Number of teams from seven states that participated in the 2013 US Lacrosse West Championships, powered by Lacrosse Unlimited, a resounding success for US Lacrosse’s fi rst youth tournament in California.


Number of attendees at the 2013 US Lacrosse National Convention, presented by Champion.
