n Intro to Ayurveda and Training will be held on April 12-13, May 17-18 and June 7-8. Register no later than April 3 for the three weekends, $135/per wknd for Certifi cation. The Certifi cation Course includes: 54 classroom hours, 43 hrs of home study,


practicums and fi eld trips. Students will learn how to identify constitutional imbalances (and how to bring them back into balance), knowledge of Doshas, Gunas, Yoga Ayurveda along with diet & nutritional herbs. Unbalances will be addressed through Asanas, Aromatherapy, Color & Sound Therapy, Meditation and Emotional Balancing. A Cooking Class and Yoga Nidra is also provided. The instructors are Harisimran Kaur Khalsa, Devi Dyal Singh, Orion Rex, Dr. Mary Lynn Weiber, Zach Fought, Nancy Flynn and (via video) Dr. Vasant Lad.
