Description: This session will simplify the safety management system (SMS) process for maintenance organizations of moderate complexity and is intended to pave the way for successful SMS implementation. True SMS involves an entire operation, but all too often SMS for maintenance is overlooked. Not only will the course improve safety, but attendees will also realize cost benefits associated with SMS through increased operational efficiency in maintenance programs.
