Description: This course will strip away the theory, behavior analy- sis, and “kinder, gentler” sides of many common crew resource man- agement (CRM) courses and will instead focus on simple, sensible, easily-recalled procedures for maximizing crew coordination during high-threat, task-saturated operations involving rotorcraft. This course is tailored toward helicopter air ambulance, search and rescue, law enforcement, utility operations, and other operators with a flight crew of two or more individuals.
