Bob Komro’s 60% Cubfinished as an L-4 Grasshopper, flies over Kent Lake (facing page). Bob traveled from Wisconsin with this impressive model which is filled with details such as this period era nose art (above). Because of its size (at right), the aircraft certainly attracted a lot of attention throughout the weekend and it spent a lot of time in the air. Steve Fredericks (below, at right) from Oakland, Michigan flies his Sopwith Pup as Skymasters club member, John Hakala, monitors the beach and water. The Pup (below) looked the part both in the air and on the water throughout the weekend.
