Are Cell Phones the New Cigarette? S
Thoughts on
Time Warp by SusieQ
The bright colors and high energy of this piece refl ect the idea that what we think, we create; what we focus on, we manifest. The painting is part of a series around the theme of quantum thinking. It›s the artist’s depiction of the process of thoughts beginning to take form: the swirls represent our desires in the early stages of formation, energy from the most prevalent of thoughts. As an environmental artist, SusieQ strives to refl ect in her work a positive outlook on the world, challenging us to take notice and be more responsive and loving to ourselves and our local environment. Her current series is mixed media, utilizing discarded objects found in local alleyways and on beaches. She is available as a “live artist” to co-create artwork at special events, i.e. weddings, anniversaries, fairs, and other celebrations of life. Contact SusieQ by calling 954-295-2315 or visit

8 Central Florida natural awakenings
ince the mid 1990’s extensive worldwide research has been done showing mounting health concerns regarding constant exposure to sources of electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Our growing habit and dependency on wireless technologies, such as cell phones, Wi-Fi, GPS & Satellite systems, present a persistent and signifi cant danger to our overall health. Exposure to these multiple EMR sources, at its least harmful levels, increases stress on our physical, as well as mental/emotional body, thus requiring greater amounts of energy and nutrition, forcing our bodies to deal with the extra waste produced by added stress. Research in the fi eld of EMR concludes that constant exposure can cause DNA breakages (accelerated ageing), chromosomal aberrations, increased oncogene (cancer) activity in cells, altered brain activity and altered blood pressure.
What can be done to reduce the negative effects of EMR exposure?
1. As often as possible, unplug and minimize use of electronic devices. 2. Spend time outside and reconnect with nature. We know EMF/EMR effects are deadened by the natural environment (humidity, biomass, ground effect of the earth). Even soaking our feet in the ocean for as little as 20 minutes has a signifi cant effect in discharging static stress that builds up due to EMF/EMR.
3. Protect yourself by using energetically-tested EMF protection devices

The Diabetes—Vaccine Connection A
recent blog by Gabriel Cousens, M.D, author of the books Conscious Eating and Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, mentions an article published in May, 1996 in the New Zealand Medical Journal. The article states that there was a “60% increase in Type 1 Diabetes following a massive campaign in New Zealand from 1988-1991 to vaccinate babies 6 weeks of age or older with Hepatitis B vaccine.” Additionally, “100,000 New Zealand children “followed since 1982” showed that the incidence of diabetes before the Hepatitis B vaccination program and after changed from 11.2 cases per 100,00 to 18.2 cases per year. Further research shows that the incidence of diabetes in Finland was stable
in children under 4 years of age until the government made several changes in childhood vaccination schedules. The result of these changes was a 64% increase in Type 1 Diabetes from 1977-1979, compared to the years 1970-1976. This important information just touches the surface. A much deeper connection to all diseases is rooted in the experimentation with viruses and vaccines. On January 18, Author and Master Herbalist, Viyahta Robinson will share her knowledge of 20 years in the Holistic Health fi eld and reveal some dark scientifi c secrets. Attendees will gain empowering wisdom and knowledge to overcome and thrive in 2014. This class, “The Virus—Vaccine Connection to All Diseases” will be taught at the Lotus Yoga Center in Apopka at 2:30 pm. Fee: $20. Please register at 352-217-2873.
