We’re hiring talent at all levels and across disciplines to make brilliant racing games with us. Codemasters offers you the chance to work on high profile titles, flexitime to ensure you maintain an excellent work/life balance and working environments to suit your lifestyle at our countryside Warwickshire campus or our city-centre studio in Birmingham.

We’ve been making great games at our Warwickshire campus for over 25 years. Today, our HQ has evolved into a cutting edge-facility which plays home to the BAFTA Award-winning Racing Studio, the talent behind the DiRT and GRID franchises and our online community hub RaceNet. Our countryside Warwickshire campus also hosts our innovative Digital Studio and ground-breaking Central Technology team.

For over five years, Codemasters Birmingham has been home to the BAFTA Award-winning series of FORMULA ONE games and now hosts the talents of two teams: one crafting new FORMULA ONE experiences for consoles and the other creating mobile games. Whichever team you choose, you’ll find colleagues who pride themselves on doing great things in a supportive and innovative environment. Codemasters Birmingham offers a friendly working culture in an open-plan, fully refurbished 6th floor office overlooking the city’s entertainment district.
