Exoair combine with DPL to form complete-solution ventilation company


Ventilation, expert manufacturer of high quality, commercial and industrial kitchen ventilation canopies and associated ventilation systems. This move ensures the new company will have a complete proposition from manufacture of ventilation systems through to installation and servicing, enabling them to become the sole supplier of kitchen ventilation solutions for customers.

Exoair is the premier installation and maintenance company and acknowledged market leader for the servicing of commercial kitchen ventilation systems including UV [Ultra Violet], clean extract technologies, fire suppression systems, and air conditioning. DPL have a reputation as a leading manufacturer within the industry, and are the perfect complement to the core Exoair business. The two businesses will be joined to form Exoair DPL.

Peter Rogers, founder and MD of DPL, who will continue with the new company in the role of Technical Advisor said “DPL is greatly looking forward to lending its skills and knowledge to this new business. Being able to offer an expert service from manufacture and installation of complete ventilation and air conditioning packages, through to full servicing contracts really gives the company an important difference in the market place” Production and manufacture will continue at the DPL facility at Wimborne, Dorset, utilising the experience and skills of the existing workforce. Pete Tucker, Sales Director of Exoair, now becomes Sales Director of Exoair DPL, and will work closely with food service consultants, kitchen houses, and end


users to ensure they obtain the full benefits from the creation of this new, full service company.
