ARGENTINA’S HIGH-TECH HOTEL Argentina Travel Partners is highlighting new upmarket accommodation. Among recent openings are 1828 Smart Hotel – a tech-focused boutique property in Buenos Aires, with in-room facilities controlled by Samsung tablets, and Grace Cafayate – part of a secluded estate in the Argentine Northwest, where guests can access a prestigious 18-hole golf course, two polo fields and vineyards. Forthcoming openings between December and January are to include Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa, which has panoramic southern Patagonia views from a lofty perch, and 22-villa, vineyard-based The Vines Resort & Spa, Mendoza (LA300).
