There’s even footage of engine run-ups of both a full scale Jenny and a Mosquito bomber. Featured modelers include: Ed Andrews’ Dr-1, Robert Sikora’s D-VII, John Mueller’s Albatross, Lars Hansson’s Nieuport 28, Rick Cawley’s Sopwith Pup and Rick Andrese’s Spad 13. Plus two half-scale aircraft, an Eindecker and a Nieuport 28.

New Book from Specialty Press
This is one of the most exciting avia- tion racing books we’ve ever run across. The 1969 INTERNATIONAL AIR RACING ANNUAL is a veritable gold mine of information for anyone who has ever looked longingly at any of the great racing planes. More than a statistics book or a one shot annual, this book records with a wealth of pho- tos and drawings the air racing circuit of 1968, and then hops into its time machine for a great photo portfolio of classic racing planes from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. It’s a must for fans and researchers. (00999) $4.95 + s&h
