vehicle then hooked up to the trailer and drove it from the area. Only the trailer was stolen. The trailer is a black 2009 Lonestar brand 20-foot gooseneck fl atbed with a tandem duel axel. It has a unique 5-foot dovetail made of diamond-plate steel that can fold down as ramps or convert into an extra 5 feet of dovetail. The decking is covered in rust- colored diamond plate aftermarket steel. The trailer has dual jacks, a toolbox on the right side and an expanded metal basket under the gooseneck to hold equipment and straps. DISTRICT 12 — NORTHEAST TEXAS Yearlings Stolen – Red River County Ranch


TSCRA Special Ranger Toney Hurley reports 15 head of yearlings, 700 to 800 pounds, mixed colors and breeds, are missing from a Red River County property. The mixed group of heifers and steers is not branded, but the left ear on each animal is cropped. Apparently, the thief or thieves forced entry into a pasture at the


corner of Red River CR 1245 and 1280. The yearlings went missing between Aug. 29 and Sept. 5. If you have any information regarding the missing cattle, contact Hurley, 903-945-3236.


DISTRICT 30 — SOUTH TEXAS Saddles Stolen in Beeville


TSCRA Special Ranger Steve Martin reports the theft of 2 saddles from a property in Bee County. On July 21, a thief or thieves entered the property near Beeville and took 2 saddles. One is a brown Dee Collier saddle with a 15-inch low- back padded seat, full fl oral carving with an acorn pattern, semi-square skirts, full double rigging, 5-inch leather-covered horn and thick, roping-style stirrups with regular buckles. The other is a brown Ozark Saddle Shop Saddle King with a 15-inch padded seat, full fl oral carving, semi- square skirts, full double rigging, a 3-inch leather cov- ered horn, Blevins buckles and open stirrups.
