Presented first was a combo starter of huge proportion filled with a little selection
of exquisite grilled meats to a range of signature curries with exploding flavours, that showed off the culinary culture of Egypt and the high standards of Te Grand Rotana. My main, the ‘Marina Nest’, was presented ever so beautifully on a bed of crisp seaweed, topped with a mixture of perfectly cooked fish, from season ripe mussels to the freshest, juiciest king prawns, which left a succulent taste in my mouth. To finish, I savoured the organic homemade vanilla crème brûlée, which contained a collaboration of sweet, smooth, cool vanilla and a caramelised brittle, rich top. No Arabian trip would be complete without
riding camelback through the Egyptian dessert surrounded by landscapes of incredible magnitude, with an unpolluted night sky which exposes a sublime display of stars. Te Grand Rotana can help provide this with the ability to add incredible extras to your trip,
