RWM Profiles JMC Recycling Systems
It’s not often that a totally new and unique product hits the metal recycling industry but mPulse is one of them. A hand-held portable metals analyser, mPulse uses a powerful micro-laser beam to identify different metals and their alloys. mPulse will be one of a number of new products being launched by JMC at this year’s RWM in September. Testing metal with mPulse is fast, taking
just over a second and its operation is point and shoot. There are no program selections to make or electrodes to clean. Light elements are analysed as easily
as heavier elements, and even the smallest samples such as turnings can be tested. Since there are no x-rays, there’s no need for operator certification or licencing. RWM will also see the launch of the JMC
Cat Guillotine which can safely process high volumes of catalytic converters, cutting up the converters to remove valuable dust containing precious metals. The whole operation takes place in a completely sealed environment with fume extraction. Other new products in operation on the
JMC stand include the latest Matrix cable granulation system and the Pecher PR3 Evolution, a new addition to the company’s range of cable strippers. Taking centre stage will be a Vortex Depollution platform, following the merger of Vortex UK and JMC Recycling Systems earlier this year.

Terberg Matec UK
Terberg Matec UK are to launch two new product lines at RWM, a result of the new exclusive distributorships with Spanish manufacturer AUSA and French manufacturer PB Environnement for the UK and Irish markets. Terberg will introduce AUSA’s urban products and PB Environnement’s range of compact RCVs to the domestic markets at the show in Birmingham. At RWM, visitors will be able to see the
