ome to more than 25 exhilarating slides and attractions, the 41-acre property is built on land leased from the Howard Hughes Corporation. Investors in the $50 million project include Tennis legends Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, Dr Steven and Karen Thomas of the local Thomas & Mack stadium, and Roger and Scott Bulloch of SPB Partners. The majority owner, responsible for day-to- day operations, is the Australian entertainment conglomerate Village Roadshow, which also operators Wet ‘n’ Wild branded waterparks in Arizona, Hawaii and on the Gold Coast and soon Sydney, Australia.

Thrill-seekers can cool down from the Las Vegas heat on the Hoover Half Pipe, dropping riders 57ft into a half pipe experience, or on Rattler, the only slide of its kind built to date in North America.
