Built in 1889, the hotel completed a CHF 440 million renovation five years ago creating two modern Spa and Golf wings enclosing the traditional main building. Throughout the resort and expansive grounds, there are over 100 pieces of whimsical art including works by Salvador Dali, Henry Moore and a spectacular Andy Warhol painting that eclipses the lobby. With its world-class spa, exceptional dining and bevy of all-season activities from ice skating to golfing on the resorts own ice rink or golf course, the Dolder Grand is a destination in itself.
