FEATURES Dr. Henry Chin, Head of Research and Strategy in Asia Pacific in Prudential Real Estate Investors, is
responsible for developing and providing real-estate investment strategies in Asia Pacific. He has more than 14 years’ research experience in Asia Pacific and global real-estate markets. He holds a Ph.D. in real-estate investment from Oxford Brookes University and an Investment Management Certificate in the United Kingdom. His presentations have been given at leading real-estate conferences, with numerous articles published in academic journals. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers, Investment Property Forum, Urban Land Institute, Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA), International Council of Shopping Centers, the Hong Kong Securities Institute, and Asia Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV), where he currently serves as a deputy chairman for its research committee. covering property-market research in the Asian region. Previously, he worked for CBRE as an Associate Director in the consulting and research department for more than nine years.
