Marvellous Mini Mixers


Enterprise Tackle produce loads of diff erent options for surface fi shing, ranging from the Zig/Surface Baits that come in diff erent colours, to the incredibly realistic Mixers and the new Mini Mixers. My personal favourite at the


moment has to be the new super soft Mini Mixers, which can be either side-hooked or hair-rigged. The size and colour matches my


free off erings perfectly and Enterprise have done an incredible job of making them sit slightly lower on the water than any other imitation mixer. The advantage of sitting in the surface fi lm is that when a carp approaches, the bait not only looks more natural but is also sucked in far easier. The Mini Mixers also feature a small


bore hole through the centre, and each packet is supplied with a selection of bright yellow and pink sight aids. As well as being hair stops, they add a touch of bright colour, making the hook bait easy to identify amongst the free off erings.


TOP TIP It is important when surface fi shing


to take your time. Watch where the fi sh are moving and then start feeding them very small amounts of free off erings to let them gain confi dence, before you introduce your hook bait.
