GENERAL INFORMATION Registration will close on Friday, July 12, 2013 or when we reach 110 registrations (whichever comes first).
$110.00 Registration Fee Per Person/Non-Refundable
Registration Fee entitles person to attend or participate in any or all classroom seminars or riding competitions only and does not include admission to any other Harley-Davidson 110th celebration activities.
Each person planning to participate in the classroom seminars or riding competition must register separately.
A Grand Prize of a 2014 Harley-Davidson® Police
Duty Motorcycle will be awarded to the department of the winning competitor. A 2nd Grand Prize of a 2014 Harley-Davidson®
Police Duty Motorcycle will be
awarded to the winner in a drawing. You must register and participate in at least 2 of the listed classroom seminars or the riding competitions to be eligible for the drawing of the 2nd Grand Prize: 2014 Harley- Davidson®
Police Duty Motorcycle awarded to your
department. You must be a sworn and currently active duty Peace Officer to be eligible for this drawing.
Certificates of attendance or certification will be awarded to the individuals attending the classroom seminars.
Housing will be made available as follows: Location: Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Park Place / 11600 West Park Place / Milwaukee 53224 Description: Full Amenity Hotel Cost: $135.65 per night (breakfast is included as part of your stay)
Housing is limited and available on a first come basis.
A silent auction will be held with all proceeds donated to C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors). If you or your Department would like to donate an item for the silent auction, please contact Misty Oelhafen at 414- 343-8603 or

COMPETITOR/PARTICIPANT INFORMATION Riding competition is limited to the first 110 registered persons in each event. Competition shall be open to all active law enforcement officers who are assigned to a police motorcycle unit.
Competitors can only participate once in the team event (no round robins)
Eligibility / NO exceptions to the below listed items: • Riding competitors must be sworn and currently active Peace Officers
• Riding competitors are required to sign waivers for the release of liability and an assumption of risk document
• Classroom attendees must also be sworn or retired Peace Officers for the Police related classes
• Fleet managers and/or fleet technicians are welcome to attend the Technical Forum classes in addition to full-time, sworn and currently active Peace Officers
All competition motorcycles must be configured as follows: • No missing, shaved or modified fork stops • No disconnecting of ABS systems if so equipped • Minimum 1450CC engine displacement • Must be an OEM Police Motorcycle that is equipped in the normal deployment configuration as delivered

from the factory. This would include lights, engine guards and saddlebag guards. Additional emergency equipment as needed by Peace Officers to perform their regular duties is acceptable.
Department uniforms preferred or other appropriate attire which represents your department to be worn by competitors on the day of competition.
No offensive clothing permitted.
Helmets (DOT approved and properly fastened), gloves, protective eyewear and proper footwear are required.

Competition will be held rain and / or shine. There will be no suspension of competition unless there is lightning and then only until the lightning has passed. Some competitors could ride in the rain and no preferential treatment or time compensation will be awarded.
AWARDS AND RANKINGS Individual Training and Skills Timed Competition • Two runs per contestant • The Top Ten Fastest Competitors with combined run
time totals (including penalty time) will participate in a final round. The lowest timed run (including penalty time) made in this final round will determine the Grand Prize Winner.
• Grand Prize: (1) brand new 2014 Harley-Davidson® Police Duty Motorcycle will be awarded to the department of the winning competitor
• Places 1 through 10 (10 total): Individual trophies
Individual Slow Ride (Longest Time) • One run per contestant • Places 1-5 (5 total): Individual trophies
Cumulative Training and Skills Team Competition • 4 person teams / Team Member to be declared at the time of onsite check-in
• Each person can only participate on one team • Cumulative times are calculated on each team
member’s individual runs in the 2 heats of Individual Training and Skills Timed Competition
• 5 Lowest Team Total Times progress to Finals to be held on Saturday
• Places 1-5 (20 total): Individual trophies
COMPETITION RULES • There are no separate classes for different style motorcycles or riding ability.
• All competitors compete at the same level and on the same courses.
• APPEALS OR COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. • THE JUDGES RULINGS ARE FINAL.
