The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Redefining the Las Vegas meeting experience
Place to be The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ vibrant nightlife scene, dynamic Pool District, and 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art gaming means attendees will never have — or want — to leave the building.
Residential-style rooms with private ter- races, an unsurpassed collection of restau- rants, and hand-selected boutiques — these are just a few of the differences that set The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas apart from other properties on The Strip. This year, the hotel will add one more to the list. A stunning combination of industrial grit
and artistic glamour, The Chelsea is a new event and performance space inspired by some of the world’s most iconic venues, like Paris’ Olympia and London’s Apollo. Able to accommodate 3,000-plus guests and a diverse range of events, from keynote speeches to general sessions, the 50,000-square-foot venue will be easily accessible from the third level of the resort’s West End Tower. The Chelsea will offer guests a more
avant-garde approach to meetings and enter- tainment than what currently exists in Las Vegas. The transformable space will feature cast-glass chandeliers, a vintage-inspired lobby bar, private VIP opera boxes, and a dra- matic grand staircase. In addition, the venue’s eclectic collection of stage production props

and state-of-the-art technology combine to create an inspiring backdrop for conference- and concert-goers alike. In addition to The Chelsea, The Cosmo-
politan of Las Vegas offers 150,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes varied types of meeting rooms that can accommo- date groups of 10 to 5,000. Spanning three floors, the meeting space offers seven ball- rooms ranging from 7,000 to 37,000 square feet, along with strategically placed eleva- tors that give attendees easy access to guest rooms. Meeting space on the fourth level is complemented by direct access to the Bou- levard Pool, making it the perfect location for outdoor events. The on-site curation staff designs events around client needs, creating unique environments, handpicking enter- tainment, and crafting menus that align with meeting goals while still setting an inspiring mood for attendees.
