STEFANUS HARYANTO Stefanus Haryanto leads AKHH’s litigation practice and has been instrumental in the expansion of the Firm’s litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution practices. A

seasoned litigator who has been in practice for more than 22 years. He has represented clients in proceedings before civil, administrative and criminal courts in Indonesia, acted as Indonesian legal counsel in the arbitration proceedings under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICC Rules, and SIAC Rules. Counted amongst his long- standing clients are various high- profile players in the air- craft manufacturing, telecommunication, and banking and finance industries.

ANDY KELANA At the helm of AKHH’s corporate practice, founding partner Andy Kelana has extensive experience dealing with international and domestic clients on numerous multi-layered

transactions spanning the energy, natural resources, and financial sectors. He regularly advises private equity funds and foreign investors on corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition projects, and regulatory compliance. He has
