Prof. Dr. Tobias Lenz is an attorney and partner in the renowned corporate law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner (FGvW), and has almost 20 years of professional experience as legal counsel. In addition to being an expert for product liability law, he is also known for his expertise in insurance law, a subject which he studied for his doctorate. He is professor for international business law and the head of the liability and insurance law at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Cologne.
