KRISTEN RICHARDS | USA Volleyball’s Most Improved Female Player 2012: Richards was not on the Olympic roster in London, but made a big impression at both the FIVB World Grand Prix and Women’s Pan American Cup. She was named the most valuable player of the Pan Am Cup and scored a team-high 35 points in the championship match against Brazil.
