These cosmetic grade Pigments and Effects can bemixed into any sculpting powder or gel, and can even be layered of CND Shellac™.
The limited edition Spring Glitter collection features five pots of glitter effects including a zesty yellow, a shimmery green, a fiery pink, a strawberry red and a bright purple.
