S.T.A.R.S. is a one-day event consisting of off-ice physical challenges that are fun, exciting and can help athletes avoid injury. It also helps athletes be prepared to learn more advanced on-ice skills. S.T.A.R.S. is open to all athletes ages 6 and older who have passed at least their Pre-Juvenile moves- in-the-field test. Registration begins
later than Feb 1. To be considered, you must provide information on the prospective test- ing site, the minimum number of available trainers and a strong participant roster. Look for a registration contest in March.
