U.S., World and Olympic medalists to celebrate ‘Love on Ice’


The world’s top skaters will set the mood for Valentine’s Day as Disson Skating presents “Pan-


dora Unforgettable Moments of Love on Ice,” airing Sunday, Jan. 27 on NBC from 2 to 4 p.m. EST. Two-time Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan and three-time World champion Elvis Stojko


headline the event, skating to music performed live by legendary singer/songwriter Barry Ma- nilow. The evening, co-hosted by 1992 Olympic champion Kristi Yamaguchi and three-time U.S.


champion Michael Weiss, will feature performances from Weiss, 2006 World champion Kimmie Meissner, 2006 Olympic ice dancing silver medalist Ben Agosto and two-time professional pairs champions Elena Leonova and Andrei Khvalko. Also set to perform are eight-time British champion Steven Cousins, 1995 U.S. champion


Nicole Bobek and 1988 Olympic silver medalist Liz Manley. Manilow, who won three straight American


Music Awards (1978–80) for Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, will set the tone for each performance with his timeless romantic style. Between 1974 and 1983, Manilow had three No. 1 singles and 25 songs on the Billboard Top 40. Set to be fi lmed Jan. 11 at the ShoWare Center in


Kent, Wash., the performance will rebroadcast on AXS TV on Sunday, Feb. 3, and Sunday, Feb. 10.
