What it is: Wax Logic

How it works: Wax Logic is a new scientific approach to waxing and is designed to be a leader in the competitive field of waxing. Wax Logic evolves professional waxing using logic, passion and a scientific approach. The wax challenges convention with the application of a warm wax and the results of a hot wax, gripping short as well as course hair, making it ideal for all areas. Using Wax Logix wax and metal spatulas, waxing is faster, professional and logically applied. With a higher melting point, Wax Logic wax is less painful and highly economical and warm waxes are melted at a hot wax higher melting point and as with standard hot wax does not burn or feel uncomfortable. It is also less painful due to the increased warmth opening the follicles.

Recently launched by husband and wife team Conor Brady and Noiren Carrigg, Noiren comments: “Wax Logic has been created with a mind to what is logical in 21st century waxing but with a scientific and modern refit to our ideas on waxes, their ingredients and how they work.”

What it is: Coccon

How it works: Cooltechnology is one of the latest technologies used in fat reduction treatments through a system of controlled cooling. The treated area is cooled to reduce the localised fat. The machine is designed with two suction heads, which can work simultaneously, and both the suction and the temperature are independently adjustable. The Cooltechnology equipment produces a precise and controlled cooling applied to the fat through the skin. The natural process of cell elimination occurs, cooling the fat. This results in a reduction of the fat tissue in a completely natural way.

What it is: LPG Endermology

How it works: LPG’s Lipomassage technique uses a unique mechanical action performed on the skin’s surface inducing a bio-chemical response. This physiological process, called mechanotransduction, stimulates adipodcytes (fat cells), to trigger the release of localised fat and reduction of cellulite. The technique eliminates stubborn fat that is resistant to diet and exercise in targeted areas.

Treatments are administered with the new Ergodrive head, which is equipped with LPG’s patented, independent motorised rollers. The ROLL’Up, ROLL’In and ROLL’Out action gently yet intensively conditions skin tissue to eliminate fat deposits, revitalise blood and lymphatic circulation (i.e. ROLL’Up) and reactivate lipolysis (e.g ROLL’In action is responsible for more than 70% if the fat elimination). With the multiple rotational differentials of the ROLL modalities, LIPOMASSAGE is also able to stimulate the collagen and elastin production and firm slackening skin (ie ROLL’Out).
