SUCCESS STORIES InApril, itwas announced that five European high-growth companies – CultureTranslate, Diaceutics,Nimble Apps, iMosphere andUnique Digital – are to establish operations in Ireland. The companies announced a combined 77 jobs in Limerick, Dundalk and Dublin. Paris-basedNimbleApps,which pub-
lishes online sales analysis and forecasting solution SalesClic,will create 10 newjobs over the next three years in its newEuro- pean headquarters in the DigitalHub in Dublin. CultureTranslate, a Frankfurt-based
gaming localisation and testing provider, is to establish a games localisation and test- ing centre in Dublin, creating 30 new highly skilled positions. Unique Digital,which provides digital
cinema software, revealed that it is expanding its European headquarters in
Ireland. Diaceutics, an international business
consulting and software application firm specialising in personalisedmedicine, is to create 20 newjobs over three years. These jobswill be located in the incubation centre in Dundalk Institute ofTechnology. AndUK-based healthcare data analytics and cloud solu-
tions company, iMosphere, is establishing its international headquarters at theNexus Innovation Centre at Limerick University. The newoperationwill play a key role in driv- ing the company’s international business, creating 17 highly skilled jobs over the next three years. InMay,meanwhile, the creation of 100 newjobs in four
newIDAclient companies in theemerging business sector were announced, alongwith the establishment of
headquarter operations by two other newemerging companies. Itwas revealed thatRed 5 Studios, an

roles.AndQualvu Inc, a keyemerging player in the provision ofweb-based qualitative research, is to establish its EMEAheadquarters in Dublin, creat- ing 15 newjobs in the process. Infobright, aToronto-based analytics
company, is to locate itsEMEAhead- quarters alongwith a customer support centre in
Dublin.AndMd7, an opera- tions and financial services company, is to establish its EuropeanHQin Dublin. “The importance of companies inter-
nationalising at an early stage has never been greater and Ireland provides a great environment inwhich to do this,” saidBarryO’Leary,CEOof IDAIreland. “Ireland has built a strong reputation as an international hub for a variety of business sectors and hosts the top 10 born on the internet companies includingTwitter,Google, eBay/PayPal and Facebook. IDAIreland’s strategyHorizon 2020, identifies winning investment fromemerging sectors as one of its key targets and it is encouraging to see that since the start of 2012 alone, 40emerging-stage companies have decided to set up FDI operations in Ireland.”
