LIVE’s venues are varied and versatile, from the 7,100-seat NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE to the outdoor Tar- get Terrace. The development also includes 1,000 new hotel rooms, comprised of the 54-story JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE and The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, both of which opened in 2010. Nearby, the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza and iconic Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles both have recently completed multimillion-dollar renovations.
