to offer a day-long session designed to help meeting professionals gain an understanding of how unique cultures and fields of practice collide to form an explosion of new ideas and innovations. The highly immersive program will

be led by Johansson, who is known for making a business case for diversity, arguing that the best ideas come from the collaboration of people with unique experiences, perspectives, and back- grounds. Johansson will lead partici- pants in discovering ways to implement innovative ideas while learning how to navigate the challenges and overcome the failures that can come when imple- menting new strategies. Global Execu- tive Edge participants will come away able to: › Apply a set of signature innovation

tools and Intersectional Thinking skills to their daily businesses › Identify how to execute innovative ideas, particularly in an organizational and community context — and know how executing straightforward, direc- tional ideas is different › Recognize and apply the concept of the Smallest Executable Step™ in determining whether ideas have viabil- ity inside their organizations.
