have their own diamond manufacturing facility located in Marktredwitz, Germany where 6,500 diamond segments are produced daily for their extensive range of high performing diamond blades that cover all applications with performance/price ratio. Four qualities of diamond blades are available from Dronco to suit every application and compliment every customer’s budget. These are categorised as a Good, Better, Best & Outstanding as outlined below:-
• Quality = GOOD – Real economy quality. Reasonably priced sintered products.
• Perfect = BETTER – Very fair price offering fast cutting with a good lifetime. Recommended for all round use.
• Special = BEST – Professional blades for professional users. Designed for industrial specialised applications. Features: Excellent lifetime, fast clean cutting, brilliant performance ratio with optimal cutting efficiency.
• Evolution = OUTSTANDING – High end products for the highest demands and all round applications. Synthetic diamonds together with a newly developed bonding cuts all materials with an outstanding performance.
QUALITY MATTERS Diamond cutting blades are available in a large variety of qualities. At first sight, these
appear similar in stores. This makes it difficult for the customer to determine the quality. We would like to take the opportunity to point out the factors that determine the quality of the blade.
DIAMONDS The diamonds perform the cutting action of the tool. Dronco exclusively uses synthetic
diamonds. Strict quality controls ensure a consistent level of quality. Synthetic diamonds and natural diamonds exhibit the same degree of hardness. In comparison to their natural counterparts, they offer the advantage of an optimum structure that always remains the same. We use our long experience to adjust the grain size and the crystalline shape of the diamond to the optimum parameters for the respective field of application in order to achieve optimum cutting ability and service life.
