 Crown Jewel Ham

How do we make this Crown Jewel? We start with fine mid-west raised, corn fed hogs. We use the cure mix we’ve developed here at the Ham House and our own slow cooking method. We remove the hock and butt ends of the ham, then spiral slice this great eating center portion of the ham. It is large and lean and comes with a packet of our own honey glaze.
