Italian Prosciutto Ham
This traditional Italian ham has been perfected through VOLPI’s unhurried natural aging process. Exceptionally tender and sweet, Volpi Prosciutto has a seductive fragrance and an elegant taste. Volpi Prosciutto is made today in the same manner as centuries ago, under the careful scrutiny of an experienced Salumieri (expert meat processor). Fully aged, our boneless unsmoked prosciutto ham is available whole and half unsliced, or we offer sliced 3 oz. packages.

Italian Prosciutto Rotola Wrapped with Creamy Mozzarella
Thinly sliced Volpi Prosciutto is wrapped in layers of whole milk mozzarella cheese. Rotola is ready to eat and is great on your favorite cracker, pizza, or salad. Also great as a garnish or melted over your favorite main dish.

They can be used for most any occasion: luncheons, party trays, snacks or even on picnics or vacation trips since constant refrigera- tion is not necessary. All of these hams are boneless, should be sliced very thin, and eaten uncooked.
