Applewood Smoked Country Bacon Bacon is rubbed with a dry recipe of salt, cane sugar, and spice. Slow curing allows the mixture to absorb into the slab. Next, the bacon goes to the smokehouse where it is naturally smoked with applewood. The result is a mellow flavor, with a nice balance of spice, smoke, and sweetness that’s slightly milder than our Original or Pepper Coated Country Bacon.

PEPPERED BACON STEAKS Thick Sliced
Peppered Bacon steak is cured with our award winning dry cure process using salt, brown sugar, and black pepper. The extra bit of black pepper enhances, but doesn’t overwhelm. Bacon Steak is cut a full 1/4” which results in a unique “chewy crisp” texture. Prepare by pan frying, baking, or for a really unique experience, grill them on your gas or charcoal grill. Thick sliced (4 slices per inch). The Original can be found on page 31.
