WORLDPA NEWSFLASH
The ExecutivePAMagazine Awards are coming to Asia!
We’ve been running the Executive PA Magazine Awards in the UK and Australia for some time now and with the launch of the Asia edition of the magazine we’re delighted to announce they’ll be heading to Asia in 2013
This is your opportunity to stand up and be counted in your industry – we’ll be rewarding Asia’s hardest working and most dedicated Personal Assistants. The Executive PAMagazine Awards are all about recognising the professionalism, dedication and enthusiasmwithin the office support industry. The Awards will be heading to Singapore next year – but we’ll be calling for entries across Asia. More details will be unveiled in future issues but we can reveal there will be six award categories:
AWARD CATEGORIES
EXECUTIVE PAMAGAZINE PA OF THE YEAR: We’re looking for a stand out PA who has shown pride in their role, commitment to their boss and enthusiasm and professionalism at all opportunities.
UP AND COMING PA: Do you know someone who’s new to the profession but is already making a name for themselves with a can-do attitude. This person has all the hall marks of a future PA of the Year, but may only be in the first few years of their career.
OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROFESSION: This is a lifetime achievement award and to be in the running you must have worked for the same boss or company for over 15 years, or been within the PA profession for 25 years.

BOSS OF THE YEAR: Now it’s time to shine a light on your boss – do you work for someone who is generous with their time and praise, supportive in their approach and a joy to work for? They just might be our Boss of the Year then!
EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR: We’re looking to reward the employer who takes care of its administrative staff. Does your company offer a generous benefits package, reward your hard work and have initiatives designed to support your ongoing training – we want to hear about it.
BEST ORGANISED EVENT: Event organising goes hand in hand with being a PA and for next year’s awards we’re looking for the PA who has taken event organising problems in their stride, produced an event that has left people talking and has gone above and beyond the call of duty for a stand out occasion.
