A report has revealed that almost nine out of 10 European employers has cut or frozen what they spend on skills and training over the last 12 months. The report, commissioned by the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB), surveyed 500 decision makers and while many admitted cuts were in place, nearly half (43%) admitted they faced at least moderate skills shortages.
