Rebecca Bellowfocuses her practice on complex civil litigation, business litigation and intellectual property. Ms. Bellow is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Bellow represents clients in a wide array of litigation matters including general and complex civil litigation, patent and trademark infringement, and business torts. As an important member of our litigation team, Ms. Bellow assists all aspects of litigation matters and has experience in implementing discovery procedures, drafting complaints and motions, trial preparation and drafting letters with opposing counsel.

While in law school, Ms. Bellow worked as a law clerk for three years in multiple divisions at the Los Angeles District Attorneys’ Office. Ms. Bellow worked closely with Assistant Deputy District Attorneys during all stages of trial and participated in writing various legal documents and pleadings including complaints, discovery, motions, and witness and law enforcement statement summaries and judgments. Ms. Bellow was also selected to participate in the Preliminary Hearing Department law clerk program where she conducted preliminary hearings in court under the supervision of a Deputy District Attorney. While in law school, Ms. Bellow also participated in Street Law, a nonprofit organization that creates classroom and community programs to teach young people about the law, and the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project.
Prior to joining WHGC, Ms. Bellow was employed as a legal assistant at a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles that specialized in complex civil and white collar criminal where she assisted in the preparation for a major complex financial fraud case.
